I'm Oxana, and I'd like to share my passion for yoga and well-being with you.
It all started about 11 years ago, when I became a mum, and around the same time, I discovered the world of yoga. There were a couple of reasons for this. Firstly, I heard that yoga can be really helpful during pregnancy. Secondly, I was in a lot of pain in my back after giving birth, and it was so bad that I often cried from the pain.

For the first five years, I practiced yoga just once a week, but I could already feel its positive impact on my mind, body, and soul. Then, in 2019, after facing some challenging emotional times at work, I began meditating daily and exploring different types of meditation. A 20-minute meditation became an important part of my daily routine, and my life completely transformed. I quit my job, found a new path that aligned with my true needs, and gradually shifted my relationships—both with myself and others—towards greater harmony and love.
Over the past 11 years, yoga has become an essential part of my life, it become a way of life. This journey has taught me to appreciate every moment, even when life gets tough. Through a decade of dedicated practice and guidance from experienced teachers, I've come to understand the importance of breathwork, posture practice, and meditation. These practices have allowed me to connect with my body, mind, and spirit, bringing tranquility and joy into my life. It's all about letting go of control and expectations, and instead, embracing trust and self-belief.

In 2022, when I turned 40 and had 10 years of yoga practice under my belt, I felt ready to become a yoga teacher and share what I've learned with others. My yoga journey led me to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training course with the respected teacher Andrei Ram, a disciple of Dharma Mittra.
This achievement earned me the title of a yoga instructor.

Today, I share my knowledge and skills as a yoga instructor in Geneva, offering both individual and group sessions.
I also organize revitalizing retreats in the Swiss Alps.
